Searching for the 100 Most Prolific Bloggers - 500,000+ words in one year
Here's another question - if post count is not the best criteria for determining if a blogger is prolific or not, then how about word count....or word count per day over the course of a year?
At best it would have to be an estimate I suppose...but how many words have you written at your blog?
Nope...not cut and pasted...written, typed, your own words...that sort of thing.
For lack of a better starting point...how about 500,000 words?I am looking for bloggers who have written 500,000 words or more in a year.
I can realistically guestimate that I have written abt 756,000 words in the 385 days since I started writing for KnowMoreMedia. That's an average of about 1960 words each day.
Who else has written 500,000 words or more in this past year?
Here's a place to blow your horn. I want to hear from you.I want to know who has a lot to say and what you are saying it about.
Let me know in the comments or you can send me an email at bill at panasianbiz dot com.

---Oh...I heard the other day that 40,000-50,000 words are needed to create a novel.
500,000 words divided by 40,000 words = 12 novels in one year...
Yup! That's prolific...

Wow! I can't make that level. I know that my first truly serious year of blogging when I was writing posts that were intended as drafts for a memoir, I wrote almost 300,000 words because I kept count. Last year I wrote about 110,000 words. I imagine it will be more this year because I'm really writing seriously again, but 500,000 . . . dang.
Do you find this valuable?
